Already started breathing underwater? Finished your classroom and confined water training at home? If you have a referral from another dive shop, the PADI Open Water Referral is for you! The Dive Maui team would love to help you finish earning your Open Water Certification. It’s our passion to educate the next generation of divers, let us share our underwater world with you!

Why choose Dive Maui for PADI Open Water Referral Course

All-Inclusive!

With Dive Maui, the $450 price includes everything: rental gear, instructor, logbook, 4 open water dives and PADI processing fees — there are no surprises with us!

Small Group

We accept a maximum of 4 people in courses. We want to focus on your dive education, not volume. Of course, if you have a larger group we will accommodate your group in one course – but only upon request!

80 Cubic Tanks

We provide all our divers with 80 cubic feet tanks. We don’t want your tank size to limit your bottom time! (Smaller tanks available upon request).

3-4 Dive Sites

We are the only shop that goes to 3-4 different dive sites during your course. We want you to experience different conditions, different sites, and enjoy more shore diving on West Maui.

Up to an hour

Your training dives last up to an hour (if your air consumption allows). We don’t cut your dives short so we can get home early!

Earn Certification

Certifications with us are earned, not bought! When you walk out of your course you WILL be equipped to be a certified Open Water Diver and ready to dive with your favorite dive buddy!

We had a fantastic experience getting PADI certified at Dive Maui. Very glad that we found Dive Maui! Diving was the highlight of our trip and the exercises and learning that were a part of getting certified were fun while being informative. It was a treat to explore a few different sites on the Maui coastline during the dives. I cannot recommend Dive Maui enough.

Excellent diving experience. Did OW certification shore dives. Saw numerous turtles, some sharks, and many other fish and crustaceans. Small, but top notch operation

Great operation, total professionals, but relaxed. I spent 2 days getting my open water cert. My instructor was awesome and made me feel relaxed. The teaching style is perfect. Over three days I saw sharks, octopus and some incredible underwater rock formations. I would recommend Dive Maui and I will be back.
